Our multiple world-class facilities are custom-designed with raised floors, HVAC
temperature control systems with separate cooling zones, and seismically braced
racks. Netriplex Data Centers are further supported by some of the most powerful
physical security in the business, from advanced smoke detection and fire suppression
systems to 24/7 secured access with motion sensors, video camera surveillance, and
security breach alarms.
To deliver the highest possible levels of reliability and performance, we boast
a redundant network of multiple fiber trunks from multiple sources, redundant power
on the premises, and multiple backup generators. Our goal: to maximize connectivity rates and overall site performance.
Finally, all of our Data Centers combine round-the-clock systems management with
onsite personnel trained in the areas of networking and systems management. The result: a physical and technical environment delivering the reliability and flexibility
necessary to support mission-critical Internet operations.
Each datacenter is designed with a minimum of N+1 utilizing the following:
Power Systems:
- Multiple city electrical grids
- Redundant diesel generators with fuel capacity for 72 hours on-site. Fuel delivery
contract with 60 minute guarantee
- Redundant UPS systemsby APC
Environmental Controls:
- Internal and external n+1 cooling units
- Constant ambient air temperature of 68° (+/- 5°)
- Automatic humidity controls for 45% (+/- 5%)
- Internal air cleaning & filtering systems
Fire Suppression:
- Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA)
- Pre-action, dry-pipe sprinkler systems
- Integrated smoke/heat detectors
Security:
- 24/7/365 on-site security and technical staff
- Multiple security cameras
- Biometric access controls and keypads
- Double-locking mantraps at data center entrance
- All cabinets, cages and suites are locking
- Physical audit trails on all entry points
